An Online Art Therapy or face-to-face Counselling Session involves the following steps: · Listening to you and getting to know you. · Therapeutic Goal Setting. · Provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. (though art in the case of Art Therapy) · Discussion and reflection on how to overcome these challenges. Cancellation Policy

Please note all stand-alone bookings for 1-on-1 sessions canceled 48 hours (2 days) in advance will be fully refunded. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the booking, only 40% of the amount will be refunded. For Internships, Group Therapy sessions, Workshops, and Monthly Plans NO Refund or Rescheduling will be provided. If we cancel the 1-on-1 sessions or group sessions full refund will be provided.
