Service Description

In-person Art Based Counseling sessions are available to people in Delhi, during these sessions all you need to do, is show up for yourself and be willing to make art, all art material will be provided. However, if you are opting for an online session, here are some things to remember before starting counseling online: ​- Ensure you have a reliable internet connection. - Test the audio & video before each session. - Have some basic art materials of your choice handy, such as Sheets, paint, or colors of your choice. - Find a good location that is totally private so you can fully immerse yourself in the time you have carved out for yourself. The online and in-person sessions are a blend of Art Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, and Progressive relaxation. A typical session begins with an Art Activity that flows into the Process of Observation and then concluded with Discussion & Reflection. ​During these conversations, we will debrief and create plans of action to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. Each week you will receive a summary of our conversations via email with a recommended direction of focus that will support your therapeutic goals. Ready for an Art Adventure? Cancellation Policy

Please note all stand-alone bookings for 1-on-1 sessions canceled 48 hours (2 days) in advance will be fully refunded. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the booking, only 40% of the amount will be refunded. For Internships, Group Therapy sessions, Workshops, and Monthly Plans NO Refund or Rescheduling will be provided. If we cancel the 1-on-1 sessions or group sessions full refund will be provided.
