Refund & Cancellation Policy

Raising Mental Health Awareness Through Art In Process and can create a circumstances for better overall well being and can be a really adventurous process, that being the mission of Art Adventures Studio was cretated to provide users with the a safe space as well as the best possible services and care that meet their standards of saisfaction.


Appointments made are scheduled for a pre-determined time, Schedule adherence is crucial. Payments are to be made at the time the appointment is made. Online modes of payment accepted.


A minimum of 48 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of scheduled session. If you do not show up for your scheduled 1-on-1 offline appointment, group threapy or internship without having notified 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session and no refund will be issued.

To avail internet-based subscription Services. The user also accepts and agrees to our Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as “User Agreement”) and those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlinks. For scheduled 1-on-1 online sessions canceled 48 hours (2days) in advance we will process a full refund. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the booking, only 40% of the amount will be refunded i.e we will process refund of the unexpended amount.

For Internships, Group therapy & Workshops whether offline or online NO Refund will be provided.


Subjected to terms under clause ‘Use of Services’ of this Agreement for all home-based Services, Art Adventures Studio shall provide refund of any unexpended advance fees paid by You if:


1. Art Adventures Studio is not able to deliver the Services and/or Products for any reason. In case You wish to seek a refund of the advance paid by You because You believe that Art Adventures Studio Service is not as per the specification provided on the Application, please write to artadventure.studio@gmail.com. Art Adventures Studio will process refund of the unexpended amount provided internal investigation confirms the claim made by you.


2. If the client cancels booking more than 48 hours before scheduled appointment time an automated refund will be issued after deducting transaction fee, if any.


3. If client cancels an online booking within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time 50% automated refund will be done.


4. In case of no show by the client during appointed time no refund will be generated. This is including but not limited to all bookings online and offline, irrespective of mode of payment.

5. Same day rescheduling is subject to availability. In case same day reschedule is not possible the session will be considered a no show.


6. If the Therapist do not show up during appointed time full automated refund will be issued.


7. If the consultation does not happen due to any special circumstance including technical issues, an option to request refund will be available to the patient for a period of 7 days but the issuance of full or part refund will be on the sole discretion of Art Adventures Studio.


8. If appointment / consultation is cancelled due to technical issues by Therapist than full refund will be made.


9. All refunds will be subject to a transaction charge that will be deducted while making a refund. In case You wish to seek a refund of the advance paid by You, please write to artadventure.studio@gmail.com. We will process refund of the unexpended amount at the discretion of Art Adventures Studio. on case-to-case basis.

Cancelation by the user

The user can:

  • Reschedule the 1-on-1 Session 48 hours prior to the booking

  • Cancel the 1-on-1 Session 48 hours prior to the booking

  • Claim a refund on the cancelled 1-on-1 Session 48 hours prior to the booking

Session Delayed/Technical Issues

  • In case of technical failure from the therapist/counselor's end.

  • In case of technical failure from user' end.

  • In extremely unlikely case of ill-behaviour by the therapist or counsellor.

  • In case the user has registered on our platform directly, they can write to Art Adventures Studio at artadventure.studio@gmail.com. Art Adventures Studio will aim to process all such requests within 15 working days, in line with our Privacy Policy and subject to necessary compliance with applicable laws.


Over the course of the term of the User Agreement, Art Adventures Studio can choose to terminate the User Agreement without citing a reason. Any payment receivable by Art Adventures Studio should be paid by the user in full within 30 days from the termination of the User Agreement. Any payment receivable by the user will be processed by Art Adventures Studio as per our Refund Policy.
